Laura Tangusso has worked in mediums ranging from clay and printmaking to handmade paper. She has been awarded grants from the New England Foundation for the Arts, Mass Cultural Council, Artists Resource Trust Fund, The Philanthropic Initiative, and the Chicago Arts Council as well as artist residencies at Banff Centre for the Arts and the Blue Mountain Center. In New England she has exhibited her work at galleries including The Fitchburg Museum, the University Gallery at UMass/Dartmouth and UMass/Amherst, the New Art Center, The Museum Complex at Duxbury and the DeCordova Museum. She is a member of the Arts Faculty at Buckingham Browne and Nichols School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her work is available through gallery showings and directly from the artist.
